Affordable Space at State Fair for Businesses and Organizations
Groups with Limited Resources Can Market for Single Days
Businesses and organizations that want access to the massive crowds of the New York State Fair but have limited marketing budgets or staff now have an option: A few exhibiting spaces are available for rental by the day.
“We want to make the Fair available to a wider range of businesses and organizations,” said Darrel J. Aubertine, New York State Agriculture Commissioner. “We also want the Fair to reflect more of the broad bounty of New York State, and to help more of our businesses and organizations to grow and prosper. This new initiative provides that opportunity.”
Businesses and organizations can secure a 20’ by 20’ booth space in outdoor areas with excellent foot traffic. These spaces are available for one day or more. There will be easy access to these locations to allow for loading and unloading of supplies. Businesses and organizations can use the space to sell, sample, or demonstrate products, services, or agency capabilities.
“We see this as an incredible and very affordable opportunity to get in front of the thousands of people who attend the Fair on an average day. We hear all the time from local business owners that they have national-class products but local-sized budgets. We have heard you loud and clear,” said Todd Dupell, the Fair’s Director of Sales and Marketing.
Spaces remain available but will go quickly. Call Todd Dupell at 315-487-7711 x 1237 or e-mail him at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
The New York State Fair runs from August 22 – September 2, 2013. The Fair’s theme is “Sharing the Bounty and Pride of New York.”
In addition to the annual New York State Fair, the Fairgrounds host dozens of agricultural events throughout the year, including some of the Northeast’s most prestigious horse and livestock shows.
The home of the Great New York State Fair is a 375-acre exhibit and entertainment complex that operates all year. A year-round schedule of events is available on the Fair’s
