Robert Wood Johnson Foundation: Announces a Call for Proposals
A call for proposals is being made for Evidence for Action: Investigator-Initiated Research to Build a Culture of Health, which is a program supporting evidence-based research necessary to build a culture where health is central. Every year, approximately $2.2 million funds 5-12 projects each year. Many of past award recipients have integrated community gardening practices into their strategy.

Grants available to support grassroots community food projects.

Grow to Learn Fall 2015 Mini Grants
GrowNYC, NYC Department of Education and NYC Park's GreenThumb Division
Applications are being accepted for funding between $500-$2,000 to support school gardening. All types of gardens eligible for the grants, but school gardens need to be registered here.
