Now in its 61st year, the Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food trade event in North America and runs from June 28 through June 30 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

“Taste NY’s return to the Summer Fancy Food Show is going to be bigger and better than any appearance made in the past,” said State Agriculture Commissioner Richard A. Ball. “With the expansion of our “Taste NY Pavilion” there’s now room for even more New York producers to showcase their unique specialty foods and beverages on this national stage.”

The new, expanded “Taste NY Pavilion” is located on the Level 1 show floor in aisle 4,700. There are over 50 companies participating in the “Taste NY Pavilion” and 12 are participating for the very first time. “The Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show is an incredible opportunity for Brooklyn’s food and beverage manufacturers to show the entire country just how amazing their products are, and the return of the ‘Taste NY Pavilion’ just took this event to another level,” said Brooklyn Chamber President and CEO Carlo A. Scissura. “The Brooklyn Chamber is proud to be taking 18 of the borough’s best makers to this summer’s show – after taking eight manufacturers to the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco this past January – and we look forward to partnering with Taste NY again in October for the first-ever New York State craft beverage trade show and festival.”
This three day, industry-only event brings together specialty food and beverage producers from around the world with the goal of linking them to a network of distributers and buyers from independent gourmet shops, high-end multiple location retailers, major department stores and specialty merchandisers looking for the very best and newest innovations in specialty and gourmet foods and beverages.

The program has also opened stores at Thruway rest stops and New York City airports, enabling travelers to buy New York State’s homegrown and homemade products.
