Crop Production on Queens Farm Expected to Increase, Providing More Fresh Food to Hungry New Yorkers, Reducing the Distance from Farm to Fork

WHAT:        

State Agriculture Department joins Queens County Farm Museum to announce the restoration of land to one of the state’s longest continuously working farms. The expansion will allow the farm to increase the amount of food it grows and continue its work of bringing fresh produce into areas with limited access.
